Landlords

Purpose2Property pays landlords guaranteed rent as soon as the property is ready to let.  This could be when we sign the lease, or when we complete the refurbishment.

Landlords can take advantage of our lovingly inspired service by extending our contracts and maintaining their freedom life, without any stress from tenants. Our focus is to consistently retain a high standard of care across all areas of our service.

We offer to refurbish your property and arrange a fortnightly cleaner and a gardener where required.  We will take great care of your property.  Our goal is to hand back the property to you in a better condition at the end of the contract.

There’s no catch – we don’t have the overheads estate agents have. Therefore we can provide an enhanced service at a lower cost.

Tenants

All of our tenants are professionals working in the Bristol area. They are thoroughly vetted by us prior to moving in.  Purpose2Property is 100% responsible and deals with any lost rent, potential damage or misbehaviour from its tenants.  We will manage all standard maintenance contact or emergencies calls from tenants efficiently and with due care.

No, that’s not our business model. We share a % of our business profits and time with the End Youth Homelessness charity and none of our landlords rooms

2. Where do you operate in Bristol?

We operate in central Bristol. Key areas being Bedminster, Southville, Totterdown, Easton, Redfield, Knowle and also areas of South Gloucestershire

3. What types of properties are you looking for?

Houses with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms

4. Do you provide furniture?

It depends upon ensuring we meet the standards for our professional customers

5. Who pays for ongoing repairs?

Landlords are responsible for standard repairs and safety checks, we manage and advise the costs for landlords to pay

6. What about property maintenance?

Landlords are responsible for gas safety checks, PAT tests on THEIR electrical appliances, hot water systems, radiators etc. The contract will outline our responsibilities

7. Who pays for damages?

Purpose2Property will ensure items are carefully fixed or replaced and collect payments from our customers

9. How do I get paid?

Monthly standing orders to the landlords nominated bank account for the duration of the contract
